I paint with watercolour, often enhanced with mixed media. Landscapes, gardens and plants are favourite subjects. Cards and prints will also be on show.

I studied art at Newcastle University just as Basic Design was introduced and this has influenced the way I see things ever since. I love drawing and watercolour and my painting is representational but becoming more fast and loose all the time. I have recently become interested in using transparent watercolours and love the way they bring light into my work.

STUDIO: Small studio with work on display throughout ground floor of house, including sketch books, demonstrations, cards and prints.
