Having trained in both furniture making and fine art, I have developed a style that combines contemporary ideas with practicality and traditional craftsmanship.

I aim to create beautiful and unique bespoke wooden boxes and furniture that will be cherished for years.

I only use wood sourced either locally, is reclaimed or from FSC certified suppliers, which means that all the wood I used is from sustainable forests. I enjoy looking for wood with a unique grain and patterning so that each piece of work stands out with its own character.

Returning to work at the end of 2011, after becoming a mum, has added a new side to my work too, with an interest in the colourful, fun and useful.

I also produce work which I take to craft stalls and sell on various online shops.

STUDIO: I share a studio with two other woodworking businesses, Finkfurniture and Interior Soul.

DIRECTIONS: Bus routes for access to Manor Oaks are:

22, 25 & 25a. They stop to get off is on Harborough Avenue after they turn off Maltravers Road. Walk a short way back to Manor Lane and continue up Manor Lane about 5 minutes walk to Manor Oaks Studios, on your right hand side.

Or take 120 which stops at the bottom of Manor Lane on City Road. Walk up Manor Lane for about 12 minutes and Manor Oaks Studios are on your left hand side.
