I work in a range of medium including print making, textiles, drawing and painting and mixed media. My work explores abstracts and traditional art based on natural forms and observation.

I am a Sheffield based artist. I have taught for over 30 years working with children with challenging behaviour and SEN.

I have always used my spare time drawing, painting, stitching and creating. I took my Art ‘A’ level at the age of 40 and went on to do an Art Foundation at Chesterfield College, where I achieved a distinction.

I have now finished teaching and in the last year have begun to exhibit and sell my work. I have had a fantastic year exhibiting in the Great Sheffield Art Show, Sheffield University and Art in the Garden, where I was awarded best in show for abstract.

I work in a variety of medium printmaking, textiles, drawing, painting and mixed media. I have always been passionate about Art and enjoy experimenting and developing my style. I feel there is always something new to learn.

STUDIO: I am an artist working from home and will be exhibiting my work in my house and garden.
