I paint landscapes & seascapes in pastels and oils. Inspiration is from the local landscape and the coastlines of North Yorkshire and Cornwall.

I like to create landscapes and seascapes, usually in pastels, but latterly in oils as well.

My inspiration often comes whilst walking, especially in the local woods. I’m inspired by the changing colours of the seasons.

In spite of living far from the coast, I derive great pleasure in producing seascapes. These often come as a result of spending holidays on the North Yorkshire coast, Cornwall and the Scilly Isles.
